Excellent service from start to finish. I saw the vehicle online and phoned Paul who gave me a very detailed description of the vehicle and its history. It ticked all my boxes and exactly fitted the criteria that I was looking for plus the price was very reasonable. Paul himself was genuine and inspired confidence, he seems to be honest on the phone and answered all my questions without hesitation. He also shared my enthusiasm for Volvos and I was reassured about the vehicle as he himself had been driving it for the last six months since taking it into stock which is always a good sign. I decided to pay the deposit and buy the car and booked myself a flight to Birmingham. From there, I took two trains and met Paul at Droitwich Spa. (Flight from Glasgow and 2 trains came to the princely sum of £53! Left home at 5.45am for 7am flight, arrived Droitwich 10.30am) Paul picked me up from the railway station at Droitwich, in the car and I undertook a test drive. We went back to the dealership and finished all the paperwork. Everything went like clockwork and I was the delighted new owner of my Volvo V60. For me it was an adventure taking a plane and a train then driving back to Glasgow but it was a good first journey for me to familiarize myself with the car. There were a few things I didn't understand about the dashboard and Paul was very helpful both on the phone and by text. I also spent some time reading the manual the next day so I could understand all the functions better. I was slightly nervous buying a vehicle online as I've never done that before but felt happier than walking into a showroom and being faced with the inevitable male attitudes towards single female buyers. From start to finish the experience was excellent with Paul and I would definitely repeat this transaction in the future.

As a potential Volvo buyer I'm hard wired to read reviews before buying anything. Having read the previous plethora of five star reviews I was frankly amazed to discover that my own experience truly warranted them. Paul was incredibly professional and transparent with the entire experience of buying a car from him. Including, but not limited to, the morning I was due to collect the car when he called to say he had found a problem with the closing of the tailgate that he would ensure would be fixed at my convenience, but at his cost. I'm not sure what you are looking to buy if you are trawling through these reviews but I promise you that you'll be buying from a guy that is honest, professional and intent on making the whole experience as pleasurable as possible.
